Dear Gratitude Journal :

This year has been a difficult one for a LOT of people; and, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel tested. I finally feel the shift, and I’m grateful for my resilience and the support of my friends. I’m grateful for the past few days of rain. It’s a small return to winter, but the plants are thriving, and so am I. Finally, I’m grateful for corn tortillas. I don’t like them as much as flour, but they are slightly better for you, and they don’t fall apart mid-way through your taco.
