Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful for the shift in energy…like that first bump in the descent after a long flight. You know you’re close now….I’m grateful the election is not far off. I’m grateful to awaken to cloudy, cool skies and to have the doors open during the day, and the fan on at night. Such a relief to sleep with fresh air.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful that Mercury is in retrograde. Normally, I wouldn’t say that, but this has been a year of unprecedented change; a cosmic pause and celestial reflection seem in order. And I’m grateful that I have a virtual job. I’m very grateful for a clean house. And, I’m grateful for Yelp. So much better than the Yellow Pages.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful for a very productive weekend. I feel good about this coming week. I’m grateful for an afternoon with friends. I value social time now the way I used to value me time in the precovid past. And, I’m grateful for Tennessee accents.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful that I’m not in my 20’s. People want to look and feel younger – no one wants to actually BE younger. I’m grateful that self-perception is subjective. I’m not sure what other see when they see me, but it’s not what I see.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

Today I’m grateful for acceptance. Like most people, I’ve thought about self-acceptance more than the acceptance of others. I need to accept that I cannot change who people are, how the love, or their circumstances. Today I understand that more fully and deeply than I have before, and even though I’m sadden by this understanding, it also makes feel free and at peace with the universe. I’m very grateful.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful that I’m fearless. People regret the chances not taken, not the failures. I’m grateful for every single one of my personal and professional failures. Each has pushed me toward enlightenment and away from shitty people, and I’m grateful for my success. It’s the best revenge.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful for a quiet Monday and another beautiful California day. I’m grateful that I’ve continued to exercise patience with cyclists who ride on the sidewalk and pedestrians who walk in the street, and I’m grateful for pizza; it never disappoints.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful for my work ethic. I have a lot of faults, but being lazy isn’t one of them. I’m grateful for El Polla Loco’s 12-pieces for 12-bucks coupon. It’s crazy delicious. And, I’m grateful for potatoes and all potato – related products.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful that the world is filled with people who are smarter than I — like my doctors. I’m grateful that the world is filled with people who are not smarter than I — like my clients, and my brother. Lastly, I’m grateful that my grammar is precise enough to know it’s I and not me.
