Dear Gratitude Journal :

I had an important presentation today, and even though I started a tad nervous, I’m grateful it dissipated quickly. I’m grateful for the years of teaching, which has honed my presentation, meeting management, and facilitation skills. And, I’m grateful that I’m not afraid of not being liked. I’m a big glass of Scotch in a Vodka world. Not everyone is going to like Scotch. That doesn’t mean it’s not expensive, refined, and delicious.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

Even though it’s a Sunday and I spent the day working, I’m grateful I accomplished a lot before my busy week starts. Being self-employed isn’t always conference calls in your underwear. I’m grateful I have a healthy sense of suspicion. People think I’m too suspicious but I find those criticisms dubious. And, I’m grateful for the first daffodil of spring. Such a cheerful flower.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful for my resilience. I’m not the smartest or the strongest, but I keep trying. I’m grateful for people who love and support me, and I’m grateful nothing is forever.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

It was a cold and rainy day, and I’m grateful it was quiet, uneventful, and I’m home by the fire a few hours early. I’m grateful I caught a not-often played set of The Who on my way into work. They were the first concert I ever saw #thegarden. Pete Townsend is one of the most underrate musical geniuses of his generation #americanpsycho 🙂 Empty glass is truly flawless, and Roger is smokin’. It was great to hear them on the drive. Lastly, I’m grateful for the awesome fruit tart I had for lunch. A nice reward for a week of salad.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

With so much sickness and death, I feel almost ashamed to express gratitude for how lucky I am in this moment, but I suppose this is the time for all of us to remember how much we have. I’m grateful stores have better self checkouts. The fewer people who touch my stuff the better. I’m grateful hardware stores are open. Its important for the people in the trades to work, and for people to be able to fix things. And, I’m grateful for my government.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful that the infection rate here is still low compared with NY, and other places. I’m grateful that I have everything I need, and am safe here. I’m grateful for my live streamed yoga classes. With all the distractions and stress, it helps so much. And, I’m grateful that I am beginning to detect a sense of resolve. Change is disruptive, but little by little, we will find our way through this.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful that I am incapable of being angry at anyone for any length of time. People are more than their behavior. I’m grateful for restaurants, and people who make and serve food. Nothing is more important than feeding people. And. I’m grateful for hard choices. Without them we would have no true direction.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful for my education. No one regrets their grad degree. I’m grateful that I have failed so many times in so many ways that I no longer fear it. #fearless. And, I’m grateful for white vinegar. It’s cheap and you can use it for a thousand things.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful that I realize that I am prepared enough that I don’t need to be overly prepared. I’m grateful for leftovers, and I’m grateful that I finally understand that people don’t love you the way you want the to, they love you the way that they can. #namaste

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful for my view of the harvest moon, which was hanging over the mountain like a fuzzy silver earing. I’m grateful I got home in time to windproof the house. And, I’m grateful that I’m not afraid to say no. You can’t go thru life with catcher’s mitts on both hands; sometime you need to throw shit back.

The end.
