I’m grateful for on-line learning. It’ll never take the place of a skilled teacher or a thoughtful reference guide, but the ability to re-wind and zoom-in make it a helpful tool. Plus, I can watch in my bathrobe. I’m grateful for on-line shopping. I never liked to shop, and the amount of time involved is ridiculous. Even though it’s not popular to say, I’m grateful for Amazon And, finally, I’m grateful for my neighbors and my community.

Dear Gratitude Journal :
I know it might not be politically correct, but I’m grateful for Amazon. I don’t care how stupid Jeff Bezo’s yacht is, or how ridiculous Lauren Sanchez looks, the fact that I don’t have to spend my precious free time driving too and from, walking in and out of retail establishments (hoping to find stuff I need!) makes Amazon the greatest technological advancement of this century. I’m grateful for tonight’s full moon and tomorrow’s solstice. It’s a good time to reset, and an even better mid-year reminder that time is speeding up, and we shouldn’t waste it. Finally, I’m grateful for CostCo chickens. They are tasty and expeditious!
The end.
Dear Gratitude Journal :
I’m grateful for fishermen or fishers (?) – the fishing industry. I eat a lot of seafood, and it would be a bummer if I had to catch it myself. I’m grateful for Amazon Prime’s amazing fulfillment process, and for all those drivers who bring stuff right to my door. What an amazing world. I’m very grateful I bought a nice plier and wrench set last year. Sometimes you just need a vise grip.
