Dear Gratitude Journal :

Like most people, I’m grateful for a long weekend, a much needed break, and a low-key re-entry. I will be very busy for the next month. I wanted some time to float quietly in the pool, till my garden, and slowly recenter. I thoroughly enjoyed these last few days of Spring. I’ll miss it. The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

Summer is in full swing, and I’m grateful for the arrival of Cancer season – my solar return! I’m grateful for my washer and dryer. I did laundry in a laundromat for a good part of my life – the only thing worse is taking the bus – which I also did for a long time. And I’m grateful for baked chicken. For the lazy cook, it’s the easiest of chickens.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

Today was a hot, steamy day … more East Coast than West. It reminded me of vacations at The Shore, and dinners of cold chicken sandwiches, stuffed with thick slices of home-grown tomatoes, and speared with lots of mayonnaise. I’m grateful for the simpler times. Finally, I’m grateful for shipping updates, even though they just remind you the initial ETA was total BS.

The end.
