Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful for a successful training session. Some are not so successful. I’m grateful for on-line seminars. And, I’m grateful that my neighbor finally finished jack hammering out his patio….SO grateful.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful to the man who came out to my house in 98 degree heat to fix my water. I’m grateful for self-acceptance because I’m pretty much convinced that you cannot live on 1500 calories a day, and I’m grateful that my entire team is on the East Coast because there is never a late Friday.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful for dog parks. Something that didn’t exist when I was a kid. I’m grateful I was already a pretty competent and disciplined virtual worker. Structuring your time is more of a challenge when you have more time to structure. And I’m grateful for chicken.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

Having a significant birthday in this s**t storm is not anyone’s ideal. Nevertheless, I’m grateful to have reached the milestone. I’m grateful that I’m committed to leading the authentic life. And, I’m very grateful for my loved ones who called and texted. A new decade is beginning for me and us all.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

I’m grateful that I can and do work from home. I realize it’s a lot of people’s dream, but it can be too much of a good thing. It’s little lonely; I look like shit on camera. Nevertheless, from a cost/benefit and time/productivity standpoint, you can’t argue with it. I’m grateful that my garage is attached to the house. And, I’m grateful that Home Depot will take everything back.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

Today I’m grateful I was able to reconnect with a boss I worked for almost 30 years ago, and even more grateful that I was able to thank her for being such an amazingly powerful and positive influence on my life. I’m grateful for all the great bosses and clients I’ve over the past few years. (I’ve become much better at choosing them.) The life-suckers teach you self-respect and how not to make the same mistakes – and I’m grateful for those lessons – I just wish they could be a little frequent and tiresome.

The end.

Dear Gratitude Journal :

Pooja and I found a new dog park. I was anxious about going because the OC is full of Karens and Kens (aka GI Joes), and I was unsure of my pup’s behavior. I’m grateful that she did well, and everyone was friendly and chill. I’m grateful today required no air conditioning. And, I’m so grateful for every doctor, nurse, tech, admin and the massive number of health care professionals who work every day…with all kinds of <!@#$%@!!> people…to help us – literally – to live through this. So fortunate are we for their training and dedication.
