The heat was quite oppressive today. I’m grateful for the brief onshore breeze this morning, and the afternoon haze, which took the edge off the blinding glare. I’m grateful my puppy’s energy goes down with the sun. And, I’m grateful for Ronan Farrow. He has done an amazing thing for the advancement of women, our rights, and modern society. I honor him and remember that only 100 years ago women won the right to vote, and vote we have, and vote we will !

I’m grateful for Amazon Prime’s amazing fulfillment process, and for all those drivers who bring stuff right to my door. What an amazing world. I’m very grateful I bought a nice plyer and wrench set last year. Sometimes you just need a vise grip.
I’m grateful that the yoga pants I bought two months ago are too big now. I’m grateful for the delicious pizza I had tonight to celebrate my smaller butt, and I’m grateful I understand the expression, “Sick as a dog,” without having to experience it first hand.
