Even though I am a little blue, I’m grateful I forced myself to do a lot of work today. I still feel blue, but at least I got a lot done, and I have a clean house. It’s a start. I’m grateful for my yoga class because it allows me to empty my mind, and I’m grateful that tomorrow is another day.
I’m so grateful that I was able to get the house cleaned today. The place is spotless and my weekend is free for more important endeavors. I’m grateful I made it to the yoga studio instead of streaming. It felt good to stretch and breath in a space that wasn’t home. And, I’m very grateful to whomever painted the rocks I saw on the trail today. A sweet surprise.
I’m grateful I haven’t given up hope that someday, somewhere, someone will say to me, “You’re perfect just the way you are…” I’m grateful I am surrounded by beautiful plants, art, and sculpture, and I’m grateful yoga helps me to forget about whomever everyone needs me to be.
